About Morning Retreat (last sunday of the month) – Keynsham

If your life is going so fast, there are just not enough hours in the day, you're busy at work, busy at home and are struggling in this new world. If this mental frustration is getting the better of you, you might want to give yourself a morning off and try one of the monthly Movement and yoga & meditation a try.

The sessions include

⭐Gentle mindful movements and stretching to ease stiff muscles - You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body
⭐A deeply soothing guided relaxation to help calm the body and the mind, putting you into a peaceful calmness
Toning to strengthen the saggy areas lol!! You can do as little or as much as you like, go at your own pace
⭐A mindful walk in the beautiful countryside enjoying the bird sounds and hearing the light rustle of the wind in the trees (About 50 minutes in total / 25 mins each way)
⭐Meditation alongside the lake where you can gaze at the beautiful nature in the reflection of the lake
⭐ A chance to connect with like minded people.

Sunday 27th February 9.00 - 12.00
All this for £30
We will start off at Fear Hall, 30 High street Keynsham and then drive (car sharing optional) for the walk and meditation

You will need:

Yoga or Pilates Mat (if you need to borrow one just let me know)
Drink
Suitable footwear for the walk
Suitable coat (British weather! we never know what will happen!) I have other ideas if it is raining!..

I really enjoy the format, the range of movements are great, the pace, instruction and adjustments work really well and I especially like the relax down at the end.
