A classic, HATHA practice (non-flowing, except for sun salutation)

🌏 12-key postures practice that prepares and takes you on a journey of opening up your body.
Breathing practices, mantra, mudra, meditation & relaxation will be woven in to develop & integrate your practice.

🌏 Strong, calm practice, steady pace. A general level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

✨ Improve physical strength, alignment, balance & flexibility, practicing 12 Key postures, incl. modified inversions (variations offered)
✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques) for increasing energy, focus & mental clarity
