About Introduction to Meditation – starts 18 Nov 20 / 5 week course

This course will provide you with the foundation to begin your own meditation practice. During each one hour class you will explore different meditation techniques to help you find what works for you. Also, you will learn about the science of meditation and the incredible positive changes to your brain that research has identified.

You will be booking a 5 week course, consisting of a one hour class each week. Full booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and course payment.
