This 90-minute masterclass is appropriate at any stage of your yoga journey with a focus on alignment, anatomy, and movement.

Private Mindful Yoga will restore balance, maximize health, fitness, and mental well being

Establish a healthy relationship with your body, develop muscles, work on postural alignment and cope better with stress. Private classes improve mental health and physical health and help to achieve life goals.

Relax and go deeper as I guide you into postures with a practice customized to your specific needs.

Maximize the benefits of your practice within the privacy of your own home or workplace at a time that suits you.

Practice a pure and authentic style of mindful hatha yoga, including breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, develop energy, flexibility, and strength. Works for physical rehabilitation and injuries.
