Do you want to start meditating but are unsure as to where to start? Or maybe you gave it a try but just couldn’t get the hang of it so gave up? If so join me for this 2 hour workshop where we shall start right at the very beginning – how to set up your mediation space and set your intention so that it is less likely that you will fail .
We shall then look at a short stretching and hip opening physical practice to prepare the body for sitting.
We shall then look at various seated mediation techniques giving you the opportunity to try them under guidance to hopefully find the one or ones most suited to you and your lifestyle.
The cost of the workshop includes email handouts sent out after completion of the workshop .
