About Menopause Yoga Workshop – cool and soothe

This specialist Menopause Yoga workshop is devoted to helping with hot flushes, irritability and anger that can accompany a women on her transition through the menopause.
All women who are on their menopause journey, whether they are post-menopause, in the middle of it, or early perimenopause (even if you're not sure - you just suspect you may be!) are very welcome.
This 3 hour workshop will give women an opportunity to be in a supportive environment where we can talk about our experiences, if we wish - there is no pressure. We will educate and empower ourselves with knowledge of the menopause, and maybe even help each other out - whether that be with advice or by meeting women who are in similar boats to us. The yoga will be cooling and relaxing and suitable for all abilities, even absolute beginners.
There will also be opportunities to have a look at some books on the menopause that I have found very helpful and informative, and light refreshments will also be provided.
Due to the current situation, all participants will need to bring their own yoga/exercise mat and additional props which can be easily found around the house (eg. pillows, blankets, cushions) - I will email you with details closer to the date.
Loppington Village Hall is a Covid secure venue and the workshop will take place adhering to current government guidelines for social distancing. All participants will be required to sign in via the Covid NHS app or using the signing in book at the village hall. Hand sanitiser is available at the venue.
