75 Minutes of Me-Time with Hazel Lily Yoga: A gentle, nurturing practice based on traditional Sanatan hatha yoga principles, helping to bring about a blissful sense of ease, nourishment, and relaxation to the body, mind, and soul.

Hazel will take you through a beautiful series of quiet sitting to begin, pranayama & breathwork, jattis (loosening up), tension relieving kriyas (conscious movement with breath) and asanas (held postures) ending the practice with yoga nidra guided meditation & complete relaxation in shavasana.
