About MONDAY EVENING ONLINE YOGA CLASS VIA ZOOM

A 1.5 hour long yoga class online via Zoom

The first hour - we practice Slow and Mindful yoga moves [not power or fitness yoga, no pretzel shapes!] Learning more about how our nervous system affects us from minute to minute. Also builds balance skills. Helps with sleep, depression, anxiety and stress overload.

After a short break, we then move to breathwork and/or Meditation. And always Relaxation. I simply close down the session at the end leaving you relax for longer if you wish WITH NO DRIVING HOME AFTERWARDS.

I like to get to know my students, so maybe a brief phone call first, if I dont already know you, or an email, where you can outline any health issues you are struggling, or any other ongoing injuries etc I need to be mindful of.

This yoga, regretfully, is not suitable for Pregnancy. Please try and find a BIRTHLIGHT Pregnancy Yoga Teacher. I only know teachers in DERBYSHIRE. Even though I am now based in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, I love being able to combine my Derbyshire Students with my Island Students.

Your first session with me is free [so you can see if this Scaravelli-inspired Yoga is for you], then, £8 per household [price is going up in January 2021 to £10 per household], so you can practice with a family member or two, or a friend if safe to do so during Covid Restrictions.
