About Mindful Yoga

A Mindful Yoga class for all ages and abilities, to aid being present in the moment. Rediscover your body's natural movement and release unnecessary effort in the body and mind, to leave you feeling calm, comfortable and grounded. The class incorporates postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation to strengthen and stabilize the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind.
