The New Year Yoga Retreat Day combines yoga, mindful walking and vision boards, and will help you to refocus and reenergise your life in alignment with your heart for the year ahead.

The day will consist of two yoga sessions (60 mins each), a mindful walk where we will wrap up warm and connect with nature by the Itchen River, a delicious veggie lunch, and a vision board workshop where you will cut and paste images/words to anchor your dreams and bring in the magic of manifestation in 2021 (materials provided).

The morning vinyasa flow yoga class will focus on opening the heart chakra to help align you with your purpose and your soul’s calling for 2021. The afternoon relaxing yin yoga class will focus on intention-setting, positive affirmations and bringing in abundance transformation energies.

Located near Winchester in beautiful green Hampshire (one hour train from London Waterloo station): Easton village Hall, Chapel Lane, Winchester, SO21 1EN.
