Online yoga classes. No block booking required, for your convenience. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings 7-8.15 pm & Friday mornings 10 -11.15am.

 

All classes are breath led....your breath. The postures can all be adapted to suit your body. The goal is to restore and maintain optimum  resilence in the body and mind.
