About Online Meditation & Vihāra with Rāma

Weekly online class exploring pratyāhāra (literally withdrawal of the senses) and dhāranā (concentration practices) which help draw us towards a state of meditation. The seated practices are followed with a deep guided relaxation to help one start their day in a clearer and more positive way. Classes can also sometimes involve limbering of the body ( particularly ankles, knees and hips) to help enable you to sit more comfortably for the practices of concentration.
