RITUALS OF RECALIBRATION FOR THE PERIMENOPAUSE
6 weeks of restoration and replenishment.

🕢Sundays, 7pm -8.30pm. From 7th November🍂
(Optional Listening Partnerships 8-30pm - 9pm)

Our midlife bodies, brains, and systems are changing. It doesn't have to be awful! Yes it is/can be awful - but that bit doesn't have to last forever! We can take back control and direct the course of this next life phase with confidence and joy. We got this! 🔥✊💗
