About Postnatal (with baby) yoga

Postnatal Mum & Baby yoga is a great way to rebuild from the inside out. It can repair your body from birth in a gentle and super effective way, whilst keeping your recovery safe.
It also provides you with special time out to connect with your baby. My classes are welcoming and judgement free. Come as you are - however you and your baby feel today is 100% welcomed.
We’ll use this time to restore, relax and connect. Strengthening from the inside to restore your core and pelvic floor.
Relax and rejuvenate through mindfulness tools and restorative yoga poses. Connect with your babe and connect with
others to build a community together.

Safe for new mums 6 weeks post birth (8 weeks post csection) having had the go ahead from their doctor.
