About Red Brick Building Gentle Yoga, Relax and Restore

From Wednesday 19th May 6-7pm, Relax and Restore, with a nourishing class of gentle movement and breathing exercise, peacefully calming mind and body. With flowing yoga moves to develop core strength and improve flexibility. Multiple options are available to make this a practise just right for you. A relaxation/ Yoga Nidra reflecting seasonal beauty completes the session. The class is held at the Red Brick Building Glastonbury, downstairs in the John Morland Room.
