Slow down, land and bathe in sound to heal.
Time for deep relaxation, bathe in the healing vibration of sound.
This is a pop-up Sound Bath session in the cosy, quiet and warm space in Sambrook Village Hall.
Healing through sound and vibration has been known to reduce stress, regulate blood pressure, boost the immune system, enhance creativity and stimulate life force flow in the body.
There will be Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and percussion.
All you have to do is rest warm and comfortable on your mat and let the sound wash over you!
Bliss!
Open to all, no experience needed (whether you practice yoga or not).
*Precautions should be taken if any of the following apply;
Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months)
Tinnitus / Meniere’s Disease / Epilepsy – any condition which is sound sensitive
Metal implants / pins / screws / pacemaker (sound can resonate the metal or change the rhythm of a pacemaker)
Untreated mental health conditions*
We will be proceeding in line with government Covid 19 regulations.
Please do not attend if you are showing symptoms of a fever, persistent cough, loss of taste or smell or you or a member of your household are self-isolating.
I will need to keep your details for test and trace (21 days after the event).
Please keep to 2 meter plus social distancing. There are markers on the floor.
You are welcome to wear a face mask if you prefer throughout but please do on entering and leaving the room.
Please use hand sanitizer on entering the hall.
By the end of the session I hope you will feel deeply nourished, restored and inspired.
