Stress release and relaxation workshop
This last year has been turbulent and challenging for most of us in one form or another. Are you struggling with lockdown blues, relationship problems, financial worries, health issues arising from stress and anxiety? I know from my own personal experience how stress can impact your health and happiness, if left unaddressed. As a qualified yoga instructor and holistic coach my passion is helping others get through more difficult times, building inner resilience.
This is a two hour workshop to help support you, easing stress and anxiety, aid better sleep and to cultivate more self awareness.
What it covers
Discussions on what triggers stress within the group, a worksheet will be sent after workshop. allowing you to continue delving deeper if you wish.
Breathwork which allows the nervous system to calm and relax. These practices can be used in your daily life to help bring you back into balance, especially when challenges arise
Gentle movement to relax and ease tension in the body
Meditation which will soothe and relax the busy mind
Access to a closed group which will help you stay connected with other like minded people
