About Tabata (HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training.
20 seconds of high intensity varying exercises followed by a 10 second rest repeated 4 times before a 90 second rest. Repeat that 4 times for a workout that build strength and stamina. Working your cardio and respiratory systems to the max and improve stamina by working your lactate system through periods of fatigue and recovery.
Not for the faint hearted.
Bodyweight exercises in this particular session with optional use of light weights to enhance if needed.
Exercise variations provided for all body types.
Stay hydrated.
All mind, body and souls welcome.
