* Introduce Basic Core concepts of iRest®
* Introduce Body sensing
* Develop Inner Resource
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra

Week 2
* Review Week 1 – Any questions or feedback from Week 1
* Review Core Concepts: Inner Resource, Body sensing
* Introduce Intention and Heartfelt Desire
* Introduce breath sensing
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra

Week 3
* Review week 2 – Any questions or feedback from Week 2
* Review Core concepts: Intention, Heart felt desire, inner resource
* Review: Body sensing and breath sensing
* Identifying your Sankalpa
* Introduce Opposites of feelings and emotions
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra

Week 4
* Review of week 3
* Review Core concepts: Sankalpa, body sensing and breath sensing, Feelings and emotions
* Introduce opposites of beliefs (thoughts, images, memories)
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra
* Foundation practices
* Week 4 exercise

Week 5
* Review Core concepts: Sankalpa, Body sensing and breath sensing, Feelings & emotions, beliefs
* Introduce joy/equanimity/sense of OK-ness
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra
* Week 5 exercise

Week 6
* Review of week 5
* Review core concepts: Sankalpa, Body sensing, breath sensing, feelings & emotions, beliefs, joy
* Introduce witnessing & pre awareness
* iRest meditation / yoga nidra
