About Uncover Your Natural Breath – Exploring Pranayama

An experiential series of sessions to explore the benefits of focused breath work. The session(s) will provide the opportunity to join my authentic journey of discovery and be guided through different breathing inquiries and techniques as just one method of relaxation. The intention is to uncover the natural breath, observe the mind and relax the body, noticing the potential to improve other aspects of our health, well being, emotional state and fitness along the way.

These sessions are not designed to address specific medical or health issues and are not a substitute for medical advice or medication. Whilst we will explore the anatomy in relation to respiration and how it works, they are designed for enjoyment, relaxation and learning more about the fundamental nature of the breath. They may help with meditation, sleeping, anxiety, concentration, general fitness and training performance.
