Deeply embedded in our nervous system, we will explore simple techniques to access the Vagus nerve to help us unwind and let go. Rebalance, Relax, Recharge body & mind. After a 15 min presentation on the Vagus Nerve, I will offer you a practice incorporating a mix of chanting, breathing and somatics gentle exercises. This has wonderful health benefits: lower inflammation, blood pressure, reduce anxiety, improve sleep... It simply harmonises the whole body. A higher vagal tone increases your health & happiness.
