About Vinyasa Flow Yoga- Beginners and Intermediate – The Fulbourn Center

A 75 minutes yoga session including Vinyasa Flow yoga, Relaxation, Breathing, and Meditational practices. A well-tested and experimented blend of vinyasa flow sequences, deep relaxation after strenuous flow, breathing (Pranayama), and finally end the session with a short period of meditational practice.
This session is focused on a physical, pranic, mental, and spiritual level and is expected to enhance endurance, strength, deep relaxation, energy balance, and mental calmness.
