Vinyasa Yoga in Worcsestershire & Warwickshire

If you are interested in trying Yoga or getting more Yoga in your life and can’t seem to find a decent place to practice out in the countryside of Worcestershire and Warwickshire, definitely try some of my classes out!  My Yoga classes are for every ‘body’ – whether you are brand new to Yoga or an experienced Yogi!

Although Vinyasa classes can build up heat and can be challenging, I cater for all levels as the postures can be modified according to the level of experience, strength and flexibility. Through correct technique and consistent Yoga practice you will reap the incredible benefits of Yoga which include increased strength and flexibility, inner peace and calmness of mind and enhanced concentration and focus and increased restfulness and relaxation.

I am part of a small group of Vinyasa Yoga teachers around Warwickshire and Worcestershire called ‘Hay Yoga’ – we aim to bring good quality Yoga into the countryside so that you can get your Yoga fix without traveling for miles or struggling to find a car park space.

We are all RYT-200 qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Vinyasa is a very popular style of Yoga, which links breath with movement as we move through a sequence of standing, twisting, balancing and lengthening poses (asanas). The style of Vinyasa I teach is ‘Baptiste inspired’ – making Yoga available for our western bodies yet still pushing ourselves to find our ‘edge’ in each pose, inspiring and challenging ourselves on and off the mats.

Yoga is not only my passion, but also a way of life, having practiced for over 12 years.
