About Welcome 2021 with Wellbeing ~ Learn to Meditate: starts 13 Jan 2021 / 5 week course

You are booking a 5 week course, consisting of a one hour class each week.  This course will provide you with the foundation to begin your own meditation practice. During each one hour class you will explore different meditation techniques to help you find what works for you. Also, you will learn about the science of meditation and the incredible positive changes to your brain that research has identified.
