About Yang-Yin Yoga

These "later evening sessions" open with a fluid, dynamic, energising & strengthening standing practice ("Yang").
The second half, winds-down into a calmer, slower, deeper floor practice with longer held ("Yin") postures, moving you towards greater "stillness".

Leaving you relaxed, definitely more chilled & ready to sleep!

A fantastic way to open up, slow down, develop your practice and integrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

All welcome in this general level, mixed abilities class.
