About Yin yoga *online*

This is a live ONLINE class. You will receive log in details for Zoom on your booking confirmation. Please ensure you are logged on five minutes before the class starts to make sure you are settled and ready for practice.

Ensure you have a quiet, private space big enough for your mat and bit of space extra. If you don’t have a mat a blanket or two on the floor will be sufficient. Our practice will use minimal props however not a bad idea to have a few cushions and rolled up towels to use as props if needed. Remember your blanket for savasana at the end – and you can stay in savasana once I log off!!!

And finally, ensure that you will not be disturbed for the hour.

Yin yoga is a slow and considered form of yoga consisting of passive moves. This practice helps you to ease muscles and joints and encourage you to go inward and find the peace within you.

Yin is a gentle practice and is accessible to everyone so please don't worry if you don't have any experience with yoga. The majority of postures are on the floor.

Wear comfortable clothes, warm layers and socks.
