About YinYasa Yoga

A mix of Yin and Vinyasa styles of Yoga. Deep tissue release. Working all levels physical, metal, emotional and energetic release. Mindful practice using the body as a tangible form of release to help focus and train the mind to release trauma both physically and mentally.
Working the energy systems like the vagus nerves to strengthen our electromagnetic field/morphic field/aura, dependant on your world views.
Working on the fascia, a liquid crystalline network, a communication system throughout the entire body which regulates hormones, energy levels, mobility and acts as a receiver and transmitter of cosmic energy between us and the universal matrix/quantum realm/godhead, again depending on your world views.
Mixed with the free flowing mindful practice of Vinyasa flow. A practice where we use the body and breath as an anchor point for our consciousness as we link asana together to create a movement meditation to focus the mind and strengthen the body providing a great suppleness mentally and physically.
