This one hour full body yoga flow class aims to stretch, strengthen & promote flexibility, moving through poses in a creative sequence with a different theme each week. Suitable for beginners with variations & modifications offered to help guide you deeper in your practice.
Bring along a mat & any props to help support & relax into poses (e.g. yoga blocks, strap or belt, cushions or bolsters).
