About Yoga for Mum & Baby

Come and join us for Yoga for Mum and Baby! We combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga to ensure you both leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.

We have a chat and a cuppa, some gentle stretching for you and baby, leading to the well-deserved guided relaxation at the end 🥰

This class is completely baby-led – we offer plenty of variations if baby isn’t playing ball that day!

🌸 Focus on rebuilding the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor
🌸 Alleviate back and neck pain
🌸 Enhance baby’s immune system
🌸 Help brain and nervous system development
🌸 Sensory stimulation and enhanced relaxation leading to better sleeping patterns
🌸 Baby learns to self soothe and develops key relaxation techniques for the future
🌸 Relieves common ailments such as colic, reflux and disrupted sleep

We make sure our classes are non-scary, non-threatening, welcoming and open to all levels of practitioner. No experience necessary and no matter your birth experience, we can help you and baby safely and comfortably progress at your own pace.
