During the 6 week course you will learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including key postures, body alignment and awareness, breath work and some basic meditation. This course is designed to give you the basics tools that you need to join group classes with ease and get the most out of your practice in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
It can be a daunting prospect attending your first yoga class and not knowing what to expect, but with this course you can relax knowing that everyone will be at the same level. Weekly handouts with key postures give you that extra element of support throughout the course.
Yoga is for everyone, you do not need to be a specific body type or flexible to practice, all thats needed is a body, a set of lungs and an open mind. 😉
