Akhanda is a regular weekly class (term time only) for beginners but suitable for all students of yoga who wish to dive deeper into the wonderful benefits of yoga to body, mind and spirit.

Akhanda yoga includes a theme to help you take the philosophy off the mat long after your class. Chinmayi will often makes suggestions of how you can integrate these practices into everyday life.

As well as posture work on all muscle groups and pose groups, Akhanda includes various additional breathing techniques, mantras, relaxation, pranayama and finishes with meditation. This class is 90 minutes to ensure that this carefully-crafted practice is complete and intentional.
