I run Yoga Classes every Sunday morning. Suitable for Beginners, Beginners-Plus to Intermediate. The classes are intense, hot & sweaty, vinyasa style flow Yoga with lots of balancing and stretching. Breathing exercises and relaxation.
A friendly class with guidance and encouragement. Men & Women welcome (over 18’s)
Drop-ins welcome, or pay monthly. (I also have a class on Thursday evenings if that suits you better – or come along to both!)
