Beginners yoga class – Every Wednesday
Yoga helps alleviate lower back problems and other common aches and pains, improves posture, improves energy and sleep quality, helps improve focus and concentration, builds strength and flexibility in the body & calms the body and mind helping with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression among so so much more.
In this beginner hatha yoga class we will learn how to breathe to maximise the potential of our respiratory system, connecting breath to movement to tap into the nervous system to calm the body and mind & create a mindful experience. We will learn asana (physical postures) to build strength, flexibility & stability within the physical body. Through movement & breathwork we will learn to cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness to help us improve our own wellbeing. The class will finish with a relaxation where you will learn techniques to help your mind and body fully relax, allowing yourself to let go.
The class is drop in so no booking required.
