In this four session course you will learn Hatha yoga in the small and beautiful space of The Lotus Retreat , private yoga studio.

Start your yoga journey today! I’m super excited to be teaching this beginner’s Mindful Yoga course in November 2019! This course is perfect for new to yoga and total beginner’s.
The course is designed for those who would like to start yoga at a slower pace, with instruction and guidance of each pose/asana. This course also introduces you to mindfulness meditation.
Learning yoga and mindfulness has so many health and wellbeing benefits, these include: improves mental focus, improves physical strength, increases flexibility and promotes relaxation. Leave each session feeling confident, energised and very relaxed.
Week one – Welcome. Introduction, Warm up, Five poses (asanas) final relaxation.
Week two – Teaching. Warm up. six poses (asana) Relaxation/ Savasana
Week Three -Teaching section. Class. Final Relaxation.
Week Four – Teaching aspect. Class. Final Relaxation.
Each week you will learn new teachings, asanas (poses), practice yoga and complete with relaxation and mindfulness meditation. Class size is guaranteed to be small, and the venue is private, nurturing and peaceful.
Throughout this course ample time is given for questions, support learning.

Following the course there is opportunity to take your yoga practice further with Catherine, through classes, courses, workshops or private sessions. You will feel confident to join any beginner yoga class.
