This beginner Yoga course is specially designed to take you from new to yoga, to feeling confident to join any beginner class.
 
This popular Beginner’s yoga course is with Catherine Bailey. A Hatha yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher.
 
Venue: The Lotus Retreat, 2 London Street,
Faringdon. SN77AA. South Oxfordshire.
 
Who is this course for?
This beginner’s yoga course is perfect for you if you’re a total beginner, a return to yoga or if you’ve been recommended to start yoga by a health care professional.
 
 
What does the course involve?
The course comprises of four classes over four Saturdays.
The class is structured with a teaching element at the beginning, a warmup, yoga asana practise ad final relaxation at the end.
On this beginner’s course you will learn Hatha flow yoga and mindfulness meditation and leave feeling confident to join any yoga class.
