You do not have to accept pain and increasing limitations in your body as you get older!

Whether you love the outdoors, play sports, or want to keep up with the kids, yoga can help you keep enjoying the things you love.

The classes combine working out:- more than just stretching, learning to move well, with good posture and improved movement patterns so you can feel more comfortable everyday. With working-in, like exercise but for the mind increasing your ability to find calm when you want it or need it.  There are even little tricks to help you create energy when you are feeling fatigued and sluggish.

Getting started can feel daunting,  You don’t have to to be bendy to do yoga! No need to feel intimidated as everyone will be learning together.  I remember how it feels to come to class for the first time and will do all i can to make you feel welcome.

Its not about making crazy shapes with your body, but learning about your body and how to move well, on and off the mat.  Life is fast, yoga is the chance to take your time!
