This Day Course; integrates the power of ‘The Law Of Attraction’ through the use of, what know as a ‘Sankalpa’ in Yoga Nidra, cleanses the blockages that prevents us from achieving and sustaining our intention. So I recommend coming along to design the year you want!
On this relaxing day you will also engage in ‘Restorative Yoga’. There will still be’
No stretching, like in Yoga Nidra = The Yoga Of Sleep.
Instead you bod will be encouraged to open, gain space and so assist the process of releasing. You’ll the 5 most important poses in Restorative Yoga. In each pose you’ll receive a beautiful Yoga Nidra Soundscape (with the themes all based around your new decades intention.
By the end of the day you will have received an extra 6 hours sleep. Not only will this nourish, heal balance and revive you, but help you determine what you want to get out of this new dawn/ decade.
