The Zen Yoga style emphasises physical alignment, the flow of energy (or ‘Ki’), and mindfulness of the body.
In this gentle Zen yoga class, through a combination of yoga approaches including traditional Indian Hatha yoga and Japanese ‘shin-shin toitsu-do’ (mind-body unification), we will begin to explore key poses that focus mental awareness and help release tension in the body.
All welcome, no previous practice required. Places are limited to 6, booking is essential.
The cost is £12 on the day or £10 if you pay in advance.

Please mention when booking whether you wish to borrow a mat. Booking confirmation and payment instructions will be provided by email. Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and cancellation of prepaid bookings are fully refundable if notified in writing no less than 1 week in advance. All prepaid bookings are transferable to a third party on the day.
