Noemie Rimmer / FocalHeart Yoga

Hello,

I teach 3 classes on Friday afternoons in the town centre of East Grinstead, West Sussex. I also teach 1-2-1 classes on request.

I’m BWY trained (500h+) and have experience working with people with injuries, chronic pain and back problems.

My weekly classes are:

~ Yoga for Toddlers – 18 months – 5 years old. Gentle stretching, nursery rhymes & games. The class is run in both french and english.

04:00-04:45pm

£5 per person, or 20% off if you book a 6 weeks block.

~Family Yoga – age 6 and up. Bring your kid(s) along to yoga. Family yoga is about parents and children spending some quality, screen free time together, doing yoga and playing games.

05:00-06:00pm

£5 per person, or 20% off if uou book a 6 weeks block.

~ Recovery Yoga. Adult class for people who want to drop stress and breath deeper for 1:30. The class is suitable for people with illness, injuries, and chronic pain.

06:15-07:45pm

£12 drop in or £60 for 6 weeks.
