Feeling Good Naturally Workshop

Jane & Catherine come together to deliver an afternoon of Yoga, Mindfulness and a talk about optimising health through nutrition.

The workshop starts with a Hatha yoga class and relaxation followed by a break with herb tea and healthy home made snacks.

Then learn the secrets of gut health, nutrition immunity and food swaps.  We complete the afternoon with a guided mindful meditation.
