Mixed ability classes suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of yoga. Everyone is encouraged to work to their own level of ability and fitness. Classes last one hour.
Flow yoga is a dynamic and modern style of yoga that exercises the whole body to promote harmony and balance in your life. Regular practice can improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Classes include sections targeting cardio-vascular fitness, weight-bearing exercises, core strengthening and improved mobility. Sessions end with a relaxation/meditation technique to relieve stress and boost mental wellbeing.
