The plan is to have two sessions on each day at 11am and 1:30pm as long as it is dry!
If it rains we will have to postpone but it will happen… even if we have to wait for next summer!!! There will be some refreshments available and parking (on the drive, and in a field if required, so share if you can).
Thanks for the fantastic support of Barbara at Neasham Abbey and my yoga mentor, Angie who are helping make this possible. And, of course, thanks to my Mum who embodied all that is positive about yoga, the kindest person I have ever known, who encouraged me to practice yoga regularly over 20 years ago and continued herself into her 80s even when she was going through a gruelling chemotherapy regime. She was delighted I started to teach yoga and knowing the prognosis I named the company in her honour – lots of people out of love called her ‘Aunty Lola’ and ‘A Lola’ for short, and ALOLA in Sanskrit means “tranquility”.
