A class of traditional Hatha Yoga postures, suitable for all ages and levels of experience. A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breath work to relax the body and de-stress the mind.
Class is intended to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the body as well as a balance of effort and surrender in each asana. A particular attention is given on the correct breath, the alignment of your spine and variations of postures and adaptations to the individual are offered, as no posture should be forced.
Classes tend to be at slower pace and postures held for a longer period of time than in more ‘flowing’ styles leaving you feeling looser, refreshed and relaxed.
