A class for those who require or prefer a gentler practise. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilize the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.

About the teacher —————
I have been teaching yoga for 8 years and practicing for 15 years. In that time Yoga has pathed the way for positive changes in my life. I am a calmer, happier, more stable and comfortable person than I was 15 years ago. I endeavour to pass these feelings onto my students, so that they may feel the same way.
I teach in a way that helps me find inspiration, drawing from experiences in my personal practice, my teaching practise and that of other teachers, particularly those inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. I encourage students to observe and listen to their body and mind. Learning to observe their posture, how they move, sit, stand, and breathe. To notice if they are holding unnecessary tension, enjoy themselves and learn to relax. This will enable them to find calmness of mind and bring good, calm, healthy posture and movement into their every day life.
