Gentle yoga is ideal for beginners to intermediates or those looking for a softer and mindful flowing class. The session will ease you into poses gently, gradually improving body awareness and strength needed for more challenging poses. The class is also ideal for anyone nursing injuries or ailments. You’ll be taught when and how to apply modifications and variations, keeping you comfortable and safe, whilst also nurturing your home practice.
