About this Event
We will start the class with a short gratitude practice followed by a slow and mindful yoga flow.
The class is suitable for all levels and if you’ve never tried yoga before this free class is the perfect opportunity to give it a go.
Take some time out of your day to gently stretch your body and reflect on all things awesome in your life.
You only need to bring yourself and a bottle of water as everything required for the class will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
