My goal is to provide high quality and affordable Pilates & Yoga Courses in the East Hampshire area. For anyone needing an hour of body weight exercise and relaxation.
Yoga means ‘to unite’. My goal is to unite mind, body and breath. By coming together to do regular flowing Yoga and Pilates sessions and practice breathing deeply.

I teach Hatha Yoga and Hatha based Flow classes. Focusing on all three areas of physical practice including pranayama (breathing), yoga postures (asana) and relaxation & meditation. A wonderful way to wake up your body and exercise after a break. You will learn to work at your own pace under the guideance of an experienced teacher. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Bring along your yoga mat, bottle of water and a small towel. Booking essential.
Beginners Hatha Yoga
Hatha means Sun and Moon. Just like yin and yang both are equally important.
In my Beginners Hatha Yoga Course we will practice finding balance, calm and equilibrium in both mind and body. Through a series of flowing Yoga postures and breathing exercises. Finishing with an amazing relaxation session set to music and singing bowls.
My classes are all designed to increase your flexibility, build lung capacity, strength and stamina guided by an experienced teacher with over 15 years teaching experience. This is a perfect opportunity to sample Hatha Yoga for the first time in a calm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Booking essential due to small class size.
Pilates is a great all round toning and strengthening class. Which focuses on working your core, abdominals and back muscles. It incorporates a warm up, followed by gentle toning and strengthening exercises. Finishing with a good stretch!
Pilates class is a great way to get back into exercise after an injury or childbirth. As it is no impact and you can take the class at your own pace in a non competitive and friendly environment. Bring along a small towel and a bottle of water. And your own exercise mat if you prefer. Booking essential online on the bookings page of this site.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga – Monday 10am & Wednesday 7pm
A flowing Hatha Yoga based class mixed with Vinyasa Flow. Suitable for all levels.
Beginners Yoga – Monday 11am & 7pm, Tuesday 8pm
A simple Hatha Yoga class incorporating breathing, yoga postures and relaxation.
Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate level clients.
Pilates – Monday 8pm, Tuesday 7pm & Wednesday 8pm & Friday 10am
A flowing Pilates mat work class using small equipment such as Pilates balls and resistance bands.
Suitable for all levels.
