Expect deep, releasing asana, strong, yet gentle Yang style practice opening… Calmer, restorative towards the end of the session.

A mixed levels class, where you are encouraged to stay at your level of the pose as more advanced levels are offered. (Expect the odd strong, flowing yoga class as each cycle progresses)
With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing and will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.
