Weekly Yoga classes based on Hatha Yoga. Meditation and Relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Friendly, small classes where you will receive individual support and guidance to suit your level and ability. Men and Woman, all ages welcome. Mats provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
Trudi is an experienced yoga practitioner with over 20 years yoga and mediation practice. She has practiced in a range of yoga styles from Hatha & Restorative, Sport and meditation practice from both Eastern and Western Styles. Yoga with the Elderly and Offenders to name but a few of her client base. She runs weekly classes in the North Devon Area.
The ethos of her classes are for students to acquire the knowledge and confidence to develop their own practice and body awareness and bring about self awareness, personal development and improve their general wellbeing and find balance within themselves and their lives.
