Have you ever wanted to give yoga a go but unsure if you’re ready to attend a class?
This workshop will give you the chance to experience Yoga and the opportunity to allow you to connect the BodyMind. I will be introducing you to dsome gentle breathing exercises to help calm the body and mind, moving on to then guiding you through some of the foundational poses of yoga. Finished with a guided meditation and a free gift to take home with you along with the techniques taught in this relaxed and friendly workshop.
